Associate Professor of the Department of criminal law and procedure of the faculty of law Irina Sinitsa and educational psychologist Olga Medvedeva took part in the II international summer school "Inequality of educational opportunities: research and educational policy", held from 1 to 6 June at the National research University "Higher school of Economics" (Moscow, Russian Federation).
The summer school was devoted to modern studies of socio-economic inequality in education and the mechanisms of its reproduction, as well as the effects of interventions and policies aimed at reducing the inequality of educational opportunities.
The participants made presentations on the education system of the Republic of Belarus, the problems of inclusive education and national legislation in this area.
Participation in the summer school was the next stage of cooperation in the framework of the international project "Development of educational modules on law for pedagogical areas of training as a contribution to the formation of the education system based on the protection of the rights of participants in the educational process (ELA)" of the Erasmus+program.
