Cooperation agreement between Francisk Skorina Gomel State University and Technopark “Korall” was signed by Rector of GSU Sergei Khakhomov and director of Republican unitary service enterprise “Agency for Development & Investment Promotion” Andrei Bobovich.
The document makes provisions for long-term cooperation in the area of education, scientific and innovative activity, as well as preparation and realization of joint innovative projects, organization of production, study and pre-graduate practical trainings for students of GSU faculties. Organization of a number of joint exhibitions, seminars, conferences, round-table meetings and contests has been planned.
According to Andrei Bobovich, a free hand will be given to formation of regular students’ teams in various competences: Internet of things, cloud technologies, mobile robotics, etc. Students of various faculties, including pedagogical specialities, will get an opportunity to work with children on a full-time basis within a semester and master professional skills. Participants of GSU start-up school will get an opportunity to set in motion their projects at the premises of Technopark “Korall”.
