Upon completion of the foreign internship at the University of Kyoto, which is one of the most prestigious universities in Japan, the teacher-trainee of the Department of radio physics and electronics Fanyaev Igor Alexandrovich held optional classes in the academic discipline for the specialty 1-31 04 03 Physical electronics on "Manufacturing of three - dimensional micro-and nanostructures" for students of the 2nd year of full-time education. During the classes, students were introduced to new methods and technologies of manufacturing planar and three - dimensional micro-and nanostructures using laser lithography.

I. A. fanyaev is a graduate of the faculty of physics and information technology, who simultaneously studied at the graduate school of engineering at the University of Shizuoka (Japan) and at the faculty of the higher school of engineering (Graduate School of Engineering) and the graduate school of Skaryna state University (Belarus). Such an opportunity to study appeared within the framework of the Association "inter-Academy" between The Skaryna state University and the University of Shizuoka (Japan), where a cooperation agreement was signed. In the framework of this agreement a program of obtaining a double degree (Double Degree Program) doctor of philosophy (Philosophy Doctor (PhD)) in Japan, and a PhD in the Republic of Belarus. After graduating from graduate school at the University of Shizuoka, Fanyaev ia successfully defended his thesis on "Design and manufacture of functional metasurfaces based on spirals" and he was awarded the degree of doctor of philosophy (Doctor of Philosophy) in physics. At the moment, I. A. Fanyaev is preparing to defend his thesis in the Republic of Belarus.

High professionalism and international cooperation of the state University with foreign universities helps our students, undergraduates and graduate students to achieve excellent scientific results in modern fields of science, as well as to see the world with your own eyes while on a business trip or while studying abroad.
