On November 25, the tenth meeting of the Joint Belarusian-Serbian Commission on Scientific and Technical Cooperation took place in the format of a videoconference. The Chairmen were the State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia Marijana Dukich-Mijatovich and Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Shherbakov.
On November 2, the 27th session of the Gomel Regional Council of Deputies took place, which was attended by the Rector of the Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, deputy of the Gomel Regional Council of Deputies Sergei Khakhomov.

Skorina Gomel State University co-organized the XX Anniversary international scientific and practical conference "Improving the system of physical education, sports training, tourism, psychological support and rehabilitation of various categories of the population" (Surgut, Russia).
On November 19, the Faculty of Physical Culture of the Francisk Skorina Gomel State University took part in a round table on the topic: "Modern problems of the development of physical culture, sports and tourism in the youth environment". The event was organized by the National Research Tomsk State University (Tomsk, Russia), and was held online.
From November 19 to 21, the Gomel Hockey Club stayed in Aalborg, Denmark. The rivals of the "lynx" in the semi-final tournament of the Continental Cup were the local "Aalborg", the British "Sheffield" and the Latvian "Olympus".
In the first match of the tournament, our hockey players managed to win over the Latvian "Olympus" with a score of 3:1. In the next match, the Gomel squad lost 2-5 to the local "Aalborg".
From November 18 to 19, "Business Days" were held in Gomel, which brought together the most active and far-sighted businessmen from 29 countries. Modern realities demonstrate the need to maintain and expand international contacts in the interests of scientific and educational centers, the business community, and the development of countries and regions. The participants discussed the use of online technologies, electronic platforms for the development and promotion of regions.

The webinar was conducted by the representative of the leading IT company of the Gomel region "IBA Gomel Development Center" - the head of the sector of the Internet technologies department Jurij Spektor.

Skorina Gomel State University co-organized the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Modern problems of physical training and sports", dedicated to the 145th anniversary of the birth of the native of Yelets, the first Russian Olympic medalist A.P. Petrov (Yelets, Russia).
The European Kickboxing Championship (WAKO) among senior cadets and juniors was held in Montenegro from November 5 to 14. The competitions, which took place in the city of Budva, were attended by 1,425 of the strongest fighters, representatives of 39 countries of the continent.
Belarusian kickboxers have won 10 awards of the Championship-2021.
