The success of students at the ii international student online competitions in demonstrating the technique of juggling a soccer ball

On the basis of the sports club of the Federal State budgetary educational institution of higher education “Yelets State University named after I.A. Bunin” (Yelets, Russia), the II international student online competitions were organized and held to demonstrate the technique of juggling a soccer ball.

The participants of the competition were students of 30 educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education, with a total number of more than 140 athletes. The competition was attended by representatives of 19 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as students of the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine.

Representatives of the teams sent applications and videos demonstrating juggling techniques, which were subsequently studied by an expert commission. Competitions were held in the following disciplines: individual championship, doubles championship, mixed discipline, team championship, absolute championship.

It should be noted that the team of the Faculty of Physical Culture was prepared by the head of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, associate Professor Evgenij Osipenko.

In the personal championship, Valeria Selitskaya (3rd year student of the Faculty of Physical Culture) won 2nd place among girls.

In the discipline “mikst” - Valeria Selitskaya and Danila Afanasyev (3rd year students of the Faculty of Physical Culture) won 1st place.

Other members of our team (Andrej Blashkevich (1st year), Kirill Gresko (1st year student), Danila Vorobev (1st year student), Alexander Aniskovich (3rd year student)) they received electronic certificates of participants, and the winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas, medals and individual prizes from the YSU sports club.
